Is Resplendent Cleaning insured and bonded:
Yes, Resplendent Cleaning is licensed, insured and bonded and we are more than happy to provide you with proof for your peace of mind. It is imperative for a cleaning service to be insured and bonded. Accidents do occur and as such, it is very risky if a cleaning company does not carry liability insurance. On the rare event we break something in your home during cleaning, we will ensure to repair or replace the item through our insurer
Will I have the same cleaning maid assigned to my home?
There is a great deal of trust that goes into allowing someone into your home. As a result, our customers feel most comfortable with the same familiar faces. We strive to have the same technician assigned to your home, however, there may be times when we have to substitute a technician to accommodate scheduling, vacation requests or emergencies. If this occurs, we inform our customers in advance so they know who to expect for cleaning.
Do you offer service guarantees?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home for free.
Do you have a referral program and other incentives?

Yes, word-of-mouth referrals are the highest forms of compliments for our service we can receive. To encourage this behavior, we have an awesome referral rewards program. Click on the ‘Customers’ link above for more details.

What are your standard business hours?
Our hours of operations are Mondays through Fridays, from 8.30am to 5.30pm, with the last appointment time at 3pm.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
We provide all the eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to clean your home. If you prefer we use your cleaning products, simply let us know and we will be more than happy to use your products and equipment.
I have a pet. Is that ok?
We are pet friendly and ask that your pet is secure in a safe place while we clean.
Will I pay a fixed amount for cleaning?

Your initial house cleaning will typically be higher in cost. This is because we perform a semi-deep clean of your home on this initial visit. Once we establish a resplendent level of cleaning after the initial, cleaning, subsequent recurring cleaning can easily be maintained in less time. As a result, future house cleaning visits after the intial clean are charged at a flat fee .

What are your payment options and when is payment due for services?

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Payment is due in full at time of service. Cash payments can be left in an envelope on the kitchen counter.
Credit card payments will be processed using your credit card details on file.

What is your cancellation and lockout policy?
We require at least a 2-business day notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
If cancellation occurs with less than 2 business days notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.
Same fee applies if our technicians cannot gain access to your home (locked out) on cleaning day.
Will cleaning be done on the same day / schedule?

Your cleaning day will remain the same for recurring cleaning service (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly etc) except there is severe weather or holidays. Should there be a need to change the day or time, we will make every effort to notify you within 24 hours of the appointment

Must I be home for the cleaning?
The majority of our clients prefer not to be home. For your peace of mind, our technicians are fully insured and bonded. For ease of access, you may provide us with a key in a secured locked location or leave it with concierge at the front desk if you leave in an apartment home or condo.
