RESPLENDENT CLEANING SOLUTIONS — DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Booking Deposits — A deposit of 25% maybe required to secure an appointment slot for selective services. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. 

Please note that if service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, OR we are unable to access the home upon arrival, OR we are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the credit card on file. If a client requires a large number of resources or if services exceed 3 hours in a single appointment please provide RESPLENDENT CLEANING SOLUTIONS 3 days cancelation notice. 

Refund of Deposits — Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the policy timeframe. Late cancellations or no-access will result in forfeiture of the deposit. RESPLENDENT CLEANING SOLUTIONS offers cleaning services. There are no refunds available after the completion of a service because services are not products. Any dissatisfaction you may have with the services will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Exceptions — We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please let us know if you encounter an exceptional situation, and we may consider waiving the cancellation fees on a case-by case basis. 

Changes to Policy — RESPLENDENT CLEANING SOLUTIONS reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at anytime. Any changes will be posted on our website or comminicated to clients who have provided us with their email addresses.
